Edge Tech are working on behalf of one of the leading Robotic Process Automation and Intelligent Automation software vendors.
Having experienced consistent and impressive organic growth in such a rapidly-evolving market, they are currently scaling several of their teams across the business. As part of this expansion, they are now looking for a Support Analyst to join their team.
You will be working with the Support and Development teams to fulfill service requests as well as resolve customer and partner queries, and will have the opportunity to participate in new product releases and platform upgrade testing.

Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of providing IT Support including customer service experience
- Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- PowerShell scripting
- Microsoft Azure exposure
- Experience in working in a DevOps environment
