    Edge Tech are working exclusively on behalf of an international logistics company who are in the process of growing their brand new digitization centre in Germany. This new large-scale transformation program is aimed at improving their global services focusing on both efficiency increases through Intelligent Automation and enhancing customer experience.

    As the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of 15+ RPA developers, delivering automation projects across all service business functions such as HR, Corporate Real Estate, etc. You will also be responsible for coordinating various project engagements, coaching and supporting the team members, yearly target setting and help to shape their individual career paths.

    You will be hands-on and own all automation projects across various business units. This comprises advising automation analysts in digital process design as well as implementing process automation, such as UiPath and Blue Prism along with other technologies such as OCR, BPM, etc. You will have strong hands-on knowledge of RPA (UiPath and/or Blue Prism preferred), programming experience in C# or VB.NET, excellent communication ability as well as project management skills.

    Required skills and experience:

    • 2+ years of relevant hands-on RPA experience (UiPath Advanced Developer / Solution Designer Certification or Blue Prism Professional Developer Accreditation preferred)
    • Strong Project Management experience (Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, etc)
    • An understanding of processes and practical experience in business process management, process documentation, analysis, and optimization.
    • Experienced in programming techniques such as C# and/or VB.NET, SQL, VBA, and/or Javascript.
    • Excellent communication skills English & German (ideally appropriate German language skills to a business communication standard)
    • A background in team leadership and ideally some experience of having grown and managed a team
