Edge Tech are working on behalf of one of the worlds leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) software vendors. Our client has experienced gigantic year on year growth since being founded over 6 years ago and don't show any signs of slowing down in such a rapidly burgeoning market!
Due to this organic growth, they are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their highly successful and high performing sales team here in the UK. With offices across the US and the UK, this really is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing software start-up at the forefront of cutting edge technology.
You will be expected to foster a dynamic and strategic relationship between our client and their most valued customers across EMEA. You will also be committed to a long term and dedicated partnership to drive continued success and provide continuous attention in order to proactively minimize disruption, maximize the existing software utilization, and achieve strategic business outcomes.
You will have experience in:
- 3+ years experience in a software customer success or account management role
- Proven track record of software sales success
- Experienced in managing senior CXO client/prospect relationships and negotiations
- Self-starter mentality
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
