On-boarding & Post Start Date

No matter what timescales we keep in close contact with successful candidates and encourage transparent communication between all three parties up until start date, this ensures the security of the candidate starting.

Post start date, we like to enable both candidate and client to keep in touch so that we can follow the candidates progress and success to help with retention.

During this time, we will be providing progress reports, giving you the opportunity to tweak the search whenever you see fit. Our aim is to protect and advocate your brand at all times.
